In today’s society, people have really lost sight of the value of nature. It has become unquestionably better to do it with technology, the man made way. One arena in which this especially rings true is facial care. People are willing to pay thousands to let doctors drug them up and sculpt their face with cold metal instruments. This is all a sham, because the same ends can be obtained for free by natural means.

In the past, I have tried many techniques for facial beauty that just didn’t cut it. Take isometrics for example. It involves awkwardly zapping your face with electricity with a little gadget. It had to be done daily for an hour to make a difference, which is quite inconvenient. While isometrics did help with wrinkles, dark circles, and puffy eyes, it did nothing for complexion. This is a crucial element of beauty that isometrics completely misses.
I also tried several other facial exercise programs. Each had their problems, which ranged from taking too long to not addressing the whole face and neck area. I wanted something natural, effective, and practical, and most programs out there were simply not cutting it.
Beauty, fitness and exercise have always held an interest for me. I’ve run several businesses, including my own clothing company. I’ve even taught yoga and aerobics. I’ve also worked as a photographer’s model and a runway model. It is most useful.

While most people look terrific just after some surgical or invasive procedure, Iave never seen anybody who ages well. They inevitably look distorted and need more aworka within five years. Also, the thought of surgery or surgical procedures involving needles and injecting a foreign substance into my body was not my idea of a good time.
Always use a sunscreen and if you want a tan, use one of the many great sunless tanners on the market today. The sun is the single most damaging thing to your skin and will age you fast with the dreaded brown age spots appearing as well as creating wrinkled, parchment like skin.
